Chanel Introduces Whimsical Mademoiselle J12
A caricature of Coco Chanel to tell the time.
The Mademoiselle J12 is a playful twist on Chanel‘s bestselling ceramic wristwatch: a cartoon of its founder sits above the dial, with her hands telling the time.
Clad in her signature black and white suit with necklace of pearls, Coco Chanel is printed on a clear sapphire disc that sits above the dial with the hours and minutes. Her hands point to the hours and minutes, much like antique cartoon character watches.
The rest of the watch is stock J12, with a 38mm ceramic case that has a single diamond inset into the steel case back. Inside is an ETA 2892 automatic.
Available in black or white ceramic, with a matching ceramic bracelet, the Mademoiselle J12 is limited to 555 pieces in each colour.
